Here are our ice times for this season

All the local games and practices will be in one of the two arenas of the city:

Arena Raymond-Bourque

Saturday 14:00 and 15:00 – Ice B
Sunday 14:30 – Ice A
Sunday 14:00 and 16:45 – Ice B
Monday 20:30 and 21:30 – Ice A
Wednesday 21:00 – Ice B

Arena Ronald-Caron (Cegep)
1 ice

Tuesday 18:00 to 22:00




 The activities will start on September 3rd 2024, each team has a TeamSnap account to communicate but here are the possible timeslots for this season.

This program is lead by ringette instructors from Excellence Ringuette who will teach the kids how to skate and how to play ringette.

  • Saturday 15:00 Learn to skate and ringette basics, Raymond-Bourque ice B
  • Sunday 14:00 Learn to skate and ringette basics, Raymond-Bourque ice B

Three events a week, usually one game and two practices.

  • Tuesday 18:30 Power Skating and ringette skills, Ronald-Caron.
  • Saturday 14:00 or 15:00 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice B
  • Sunday 14:30 (ice A) or 16:45 (ice B) Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque

Please note: Visiting games are on weekends and the schedule varies based on the availability of the other ringette associations in Lac Saint-Louis.

  • Tuesday 18:30 or 19:30 Power Skating and ringette skills, Ronald-Caron.

In this age group, we might not have enough girls in Saint-Laurent to form a team, we will then partner with Pointe-Claire Ringuette and some practices and games will happen in Pointe-Claire.

  • Tuesday 19:00 to 20:30 Power Skating and ringette skills, Ronald-Caron.

In this age group, we might not have enough girls in Saint-Laurent to form a team, we will then partner with Pointe-Claire Ringuette and some practices and games will happen in Pointe-Claire.
