The schedule for this season

All the local games and practices will be in one of the two arenas of the city.

The activities will start on September 3rd 2024, each team has a TeamSnap account to communicate but here are the possible timeslots for this season.

 

Moustique (4-7 years old)

This program is lead by ringette instructors who will teach the kids how to skate and how to play ringette. 

  • Saturdays 15:00 to 16:00 Learn to skate and ringette basics, Raymond-Bourque ice B
  • Sundays 15:30 to 16:30 Learn to skate and ringette basics, Raymond-Bourque ice A

Novice (8-9 years old)

Three events a week, usually one game, two practices.

  • Tuesdays 18:30 to 19:30 Power skating and ringette skills, Ronald-Caron.
  • Saturdays 14:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 16:00 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice B
  • Sundays 14:30 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 16:30 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice A

NB: Visiting games are on weekends and the schedule varies based on the availability of the other ringette associations in Lac St-Louis (LSL).

 

Atome (10-11 years old)

Three events a week, usually one game, two practices.

  • Tuesdays 18:30 to 19:30 Power skating and ringette skills, Ronald-Caron.
  • Saturdays 14:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 16:00 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice B
  • Sundays 14:30 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 16:30 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice A

Benjamin (12-13 years old)

Three events a week, usually one game, two practices.

In this age group, we might not have enough girls in Saint-Laurent to form a team, we will then partner with Pointe-Claire Ringuette and some practices and games will happen in Pointe-Claire.

 

Junior (14-15 years old)

Three events a week, usually one game, two practices.

In this age group, we might not have enough girls in Saint-Laurent to form a team, we will then partner with Pointe-Claire Ringuette and some practices and games will happen in Pointe-Claire.

 

Adult 

  • Mondays 20:30 to 22:30 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice A
  • Wednesdays 21:00 to 22:00 Practice or local game, Raymond-Bourque ice B
