Retinoblastoma Care During the COVID-19 Pandemic - WE C Hope

Ringuette Quebec has published a Return to Play document which describes the safety guidelines and protocols to ensure that everyone can safely return to playing ringuette in the context of the current pandemic caused by Sars-Cov-2. This plan includes 5 phases of variable duration and the Federation must give its approval before an association can move from one phase to the next.

We are currently in phase 4, which allows practices to be held normally. However, the number of permitted participants on the ice may vary according to each sports facility which must ensure compliance with the sanitary measures put in pace by government authorities. Games are permitted only between teams belonging to the same regional association and the format of the games (5 x 5 or 4 x 4) can vary according to rules put in place by the administrators of each sports facility. The use of dressing rooms and showers may be prohibited if space does not allow compliance with the issued sanitary measures. If this is the case, participants will need to be dressed upon entering the sports facility and a space will be designated to lace up skates. Participants will need to leave the sports facility immediately after the end of the activity.
